During the conference

  • Sales literature displayed at the event • Full page advertisement in the conference delegate brochure
  • Three complimentary delegate places plus 25% reduction on all extra bookings

Post conference

  • Copy of the conference attendee list with names, job titles and the company name
  • Two targeted emails sent to the conference delegates post event subject to data protection

  • Gold status acknowledgement and corporate logo on all promotional advertisements in our publications (Plastics News Europe)

  • Corporate logo and up to 100 words profile on the event website with link to your website 


During the conference

  • Logo on holding slide shown during breaks and Q&A sessions
  • Sales literature displayed at the event
  • Logo on the front cover of the conference delegate brochure
  • Two complimentary delegate registrations plus 50% reduction on all extra bookings
  • Table top exhibition stand set up in the main networking area: 3m x 2m approx.

Post conference

  • One targeted email sent to conference delegates post event subject to data protection
  • Copy of the conference attendee list with names, job titles and the company name
  • Table top exhibition display set up in the main networking area: 3m x 2m approx.
  • You will be known as a silver sponsor on promotional material
  • Sales literature displayed at the event • Logo included on adverts and relevant printed materials
  • Company logo on event website, with link to your website
  • Two complimentary delegate places
  • Copy of the conference attendee list with names, job titles and the company name

Bring a set of brochures and our staff will distribute these on the chairs in the conference room during a networking break. A great way to spread the word especially if you have a prize or incentive at your display!

Submit a full size advert for insertion in the delegate brochure, which all attendees receive upon registration.

Send a post-event message to attendees thanking them for attendance and containing a message from you. (Email to be sent by us)

Display pop-up banners alongside the lunch buffet which is held in the networking area. With your logo also placed in the conference brochure as a lunch sponsor and specially created branding placed on lunch tables.

Display pop-up banners alongside the tea and coffee stations, with your logo also placed in the conference brochure as a networking or breakfast break sponsor and specially created branding placed alongside. (Discounts offered for a multiple buy)

At the end of the first day all attendees will be invited to attend a networking drinks reception with fellow delegates, speakers and sponsors. This is a good opportunity to promote your company in a relaxed setting. Your logo will be included on the conference delegate brochure as the sponsor and on table signage at the venue, with the opportunity for you to bring along pop up banners and give a welcome speech to the attendees.
