The Plastics Caps and Closures 2018 conference took place on the 15th-16th November 2018 at the Marriott Hotel in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. 

The conference provided an excellent overview of how industry and society deal with one of the most challenging elements of packaging: the safe and robust closure of packaging that should also be easy to open. NVC director Michael Nieuwesteeg was conference chairman.
